Partnership achievements during 2024: SWEP was activated four times last winter, providing emergency accommodation for more than 80 people who were sleeping rough in the BCP area. Crucially, 33 people remained in longer-term accommodation. Read more: tinyurl.com/n6av6fz9

Cold weather can kill people who are sleeping rough. With freezing weather forecast, SWEP is being activated in the BCP area. Anyone sleeping rough will be encouraged to come into safe, warm accommodation. To refer someone, email BCPSOS@mungos.org or call 01202 315962.

The documentary follows the first year of @HomewardsUK – a five-year programme founded by The Prince and The Royal Foundation which aims to demonstrate that it is possible to end homelessness – making it rare, brief and unrepeated.
