I have no specific Simone Biles' takes but it's a good chance to retweet this fireball Brian Phillips column on Jonathan Martin which has, IMO, the most simple, artful argument for holding empathy for people working through stuff grantland.com/features/richi…

This #ITABEL game is so intense that even one of the Italian assistants needs some treatment.

Good discussion in here as ever, though I managed to hijack the episode without even appearing on it. Sam & @PFF_Steve were strangely obsessed with my QB thoughts. Must listen in spite of my takeover.
Latest ep of the @PFF NFL Podcast Steve tries in vain to rip apart my perfect mock draft. My takeaway from the Masters is that hats are a cheat code for baldness. anchor.fm/pff-nfl-podcast/ep…

It’s with great sadness we share the news of the passing of BRDC Associate Member Murray Walker OBE. A friend, a true motorsport legend, the nations favourite commentator and a contagious smile. We thank Murray for all he has done for our community. RIP our friend.

Though as @PFF_Ben pointed out to me, that does kinda mean they can just take a crazy future-loaded offer from Chicago. No the Bears can't give them a shot at replacing Watson this year. Their own pick next year gives them that shot. Chicago's offer would be about volume/total

Please take the time to read my man @NathanSerious article. Sometimes it really is life our death. I fight my demons & I usually don’t tell anyone. I’m sure you fight your own & you probably don’t tell anyone either. Life is hard and we all need people. denverfan.com/2092224/nate-j…

Woke up with a head full of thoughts on SB LV and had the urge to tweet for the first time in ages, so random train of thoughts upcoming. First to say that the Bucs were clear & deserving winners, and I'll try to frame my thoughts based on that, not KC losing.

One setup I really liked converted a KC strength to a TB strength within this game. When Hill & Kelce were to the same side they'd always have 4 over 2 which meant Mahomes never had anything when he read that side first & by the time he got off them, the pass rush on him.

I've waffled long enough, my PFF colleagues will absolutely shocked at that. This wasn't a classic Super Bowl but credit goes to Todd Bowles, his staff & his players for making it so. They stayed disciplined & dared KC to come up with a change of pace & they couldn't.
