He took someone else’s life. Austin Metcalf is never coming back. His family will never get to hug him again. His parents have to wake up every single day knowing their son is gone forever. I am not standing with someone based on skin color. I am a human being first. And one human being wrongly killed another human being. Karmelo Anthony’s supporters are now threatening to riot and burn down cities after he was found guilty. Riots for what? Do y’all think it’s okay for a Black person to kill a white person with no consequences? That is racist. Somebody lost their son. Somebody lost their child. Austin Metcalf is never coming home. The only people who should be angry, sad, heartbroken, and devastated right now are Austin Metcalf’s parents. They lost their son. This should have never been turned into a race issue.
