It was great to see @brooklyn90108 back in action after two months of not being able to play due to a high ankle sprain. She looked great and helped Kimberly go deep into the gold bracket at the Ridge Rumble!
Brooklyn wrapped up her sophomore year with SCIC First-Team All-Conference honors for softball! This one was by far the hardest to achieve because she suffered a high grade ankle sprain in April (her ankle is still not fully healed), and came back just in time for the playoffs!

Love being No. 1’s biggest fan. It wasn’t the trophy they were hoping for at state, but this young group proved the doubters wrong from the start. Brook set career highs this year in every category, despite missing 10 games, which is truly remarkable!
So proud of Brooklyn’s determination since suffering a high grade ankle sprain on April 11th. She underwent aggressive therapy at a local chiropractor to decrease the recovery time and in her second game back, batted 1.000 and hit a three-run home run! #classof2028

Since women’s basketball became an NCAA sport in 1981-82, this is the second time a conference has won the football, women’s basketball, and men’s basketball national titles.
The Big Ten is the first to do it with three different schools.
