2022/2023 rental prices in Bermuda courtesy of the @waybackmachine . What needs to happen to bring accommodation prices in Bermuda back down to affordable levels? If one TAKES home $5K per month, the $3k 1-Bedroom apartment is 60% of one's net income, which is not sustainable or realistic.

As of this morning, the Bermuda Weather Service said that Hurricane Melissa is “threat to Bermuda”

Hurricane Melissa is “a potential threat to Bermuda”, the Bermuda Weather Service said, with its nearest point to Bermuda currently forecast to be 283 nm to the SW at 6pm on Thursday [Oct 30] with the BWS noting that “this forecast is subject to change with the next update.” bernews.com/2025/10/bws-hurr…
