Another reason to love being at an Arts Integration school: Morning Melodies. Students sign up to play the piano as the students are arriving in the morning. Such a great start to our day!

#cliburnintheclassroom made an appearance at our school today. They did an amazing job of showing our kids that notes are written to make us feel things. What a fantastic was to integrate art into our classrooms. #bestexans

Cliburn in the Classroom visited our class today! What a great experience for our kids (& their teachers :-). They did a wonderful job teaching about how music is written to make us feel certain things.

Oh, happy day! First family event at school in waaaay too long 😀 Lunch on the Lawn was a lot of fun. It’s hard to believe this is the first time I’ve met some of my kinder parents in person all year!

Growing plants from seeds is one of the greatest “miracles of science” for a kindergartner to experience. This is the first time I’ve ever planted seeds in wet cotton balls, thanks @BESHendry for the great idea! These kids couldn’t get enough 🌱 😀 @BESTexans
