No, chasing the differentiation dragon is a logistical problem, not a training problem. It is demanding the impossible to expect teachers to teach remedial skills and grade level skills and advanced skills all at once.

Public Announcement to our members and partners of the Black Male Educator Alliance of Illinois:
(1) We are working to restore our programming. We are so sorry to our members that leadership had to pause programming due to the pandemic.
2) The pandemic and other leadership transitions really impacted our ability to start programs again and support Black Male Teachers in Illinois;however, early/mid 2023, we will restart vital programs so needed for our membership.
BMEAILLINOIS is working in partnership with Teach Plus to relaunch and be once again the premier space for Black Male Teachers who need community and support!
