Kia ora, we are experiencing system issues that are affecting our online banking channels, cards, ATMs and some internal channels. Our teams are working quickly to resolve these issues, we appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience.
Good news: We’re moving to 7-day payment processing, but to do this we'll be doing some scheduled system maintenance to our online channels. This means all online banking channels will be unavailable early morning Monday, 22 May from 12:30am to 4am.

As we observe Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Day on Monday 26 September most BNZ branches and all Partners Centres will be closed. Payments made to or received from BNZ accounts and other banks will be processed as usual. More here: bnz.co.nz/contact/queen-eliz…
Kia ora, some customers are currently unable to log in to the BNZ app. We’re aware of the issue & are working quickly to resolve it. We appreciate your patience. In the meantime, if you have access to a desktop & your NetGuard card you might try logging in via internet banking.

We're aware that customers are currently unable to transact using BNZ credit cards, or make purchases using payWave. Online banking balances and transactions are also not currently showing for credit cards 1/2

This issue has been resolved. You can now transact using your BNZ credit card, & make payWave purchases. You can also see your credit card balances & transactions online. We understand how frustrating outages can be & are sorry if this affected you. We're monitoring the situation
As a result of technical issues over the weekend, some card transactions from Saturday, 16 April are appearing multiple times in online banking for some customers. If this affects you, your available balance may be impacted 1/2
