BPD and BPHC will lead a coordinated response that will include mobile units of police and recovery services to ensure compliance with all laws in the surrounding areas. (10/11)

If you see an encampment, call 311. Reports will be directed to the Coordinated Response Team which will activate a co-response between outreach workers and BPD to connect people with appropriate services. If you see a medical emergency or criminal activity, call 911. (11/11)
