Morning thought: Happy day after the Super Bowl! The question this morning, when will lawmakers help make life better for Floridians and when will they help strengthen not abandon public schools? #walkandtalkwithspar #publicschoolsareyourschools

Whether they are Republicans or Democrats, most voters are concerned about rising healthcare premiums. We must tell lawmakers to act. Tell your Senator to extend the Affordable Care Act enhanced tax credits to help keep healthcare affordable. actionnetwork.org/letters/af… @AFTunion

It's clear the students will lose! But apparently, many in Washington don't care because they are focused on getting more for their pockets. To be real, they can careless about the students, elderly working, and poor class citizens! Period!
Who has the most to lose if federal education funding is cut? Our students. This isn’t just about money—it’s about critical programs that help our kids succeed. The future of millions is on the line. We can’t afford to let education take a backseat #ProtectOurKids #WearRedForEd

Medicaid supports people from birth to after retirement and is essential to keeping hospitals open and supporting students at school. We can't let Congress cut this vital program. Tell Congress: Keep your hands off of Medicaid! actionnetwork.org/letters/me… @AFTUnion

At the rate this president and his supporters are going, this country with destroying the foundation of America, its heading for a major break! #NotGood
It’s downright reckless for Trump and Elon Musk to celebrate cutting over $600 million in teacher training grants. This decision is a direct attack on the future of education because we know teachers need more support, not less. Cutting this funding hurts students.
