💯 In our recent ReimaginingCS.org project, community consensus identified impacts and ethics as the top priority for foundational computer science education in k-12.
There needs to be a concerted effort to redefine CS as not just a technical discipline but one that includes topics in sociology, psychology, & philosophy; the kinds of topics (on ethics among others) previously only taught in #HCI. @TheOfficialACM needs to lead the charge!
