This one's been in the works for a bit of a while: Postosuchus skeletals! including the type species (P. kirkpatricki) and P. alisonae, alongside other sp.'s there is an appreciable proportional reduction of the forelimbs between the juvenile paratype and the holotype specimen

Demonic Diplocaulus A4 private commission for an illustration to be included in a new Silent Oracle RPG book. It shows a giant Diplocaulus that has fallen through the roof of a cave. In a nook on a stalagmite is the skull of a gorilla (it all makes sense in the game!)

Here's some of what i was commissioned for this study! Skeletal reconstruction of Protorosaurus, a rather plesiomorphic archosauromorph (with completely unique caudal vertebrae though) And the bizarre, basal turtle relative: Pappochelys:
A very important, open access study (doi.org/10.1016/j.cub.2026.0…) on the ancestry of turtles was published!. Eunotosaurus' similarities are just a case of evolutionary convergence, and pantestudines might have a close relationship with sauropterygians within archosauromorpha

Results from the #paleostream! Euomphaloceras, Scalacurvichthys, Iberomesornis with Eoalulavis and Kreischeria. The last three are the beginning of a new series which I talked about before already, it's called pocket prehistory. All of these are life sized in postcard formats.

Forgot to post this one a while ago- Mystriosuchus!, any resemblance to crocodilians is purely convergent evolution Btw, phytosaur taxonomy is a mess, many names don't mean anything, and we're in dire need of someone to clean up almost two centuries of taxonomic salad history😅

The locality of Milia is suited in central Greece. Since it's discovery over 3300 fossil specimens have been excavated from this sand pit that gives us a good look at Europe just before the Ice Ages hit. The climate here was quite a bit more humid and maybe slightly warmer ...
