Schumacher is a proper manager unlike IE. Its evident in plain sight. Formation changes, tactical tweaks, tactical surprises and experimentation. Morley playing CB and joing the midfield! Its absolutely refreshing to see even at 1-0 down against Shrewsbury. #bwfc
