Appalling customer service from @stellantis
Car (5yr, 26k miles, FSH) engine fails. @arnoldclark say should be covered by good will as it shouldn't have happened & car otherwise in excellent condition. 9 weeks of unhelpful calls, promised manager callbacks & nothing!
