Great question posed by Joe Cole here. Are today’s players empowered to make in game decisions? I’ve always ensured I include decision making in coaching plans. Does the ethos of “it’s their game” still apply once you hit the prem? Wouldn’t the game be amazing if it did!

Mix of Pride& Disappointment: Pride: our U15s had a tough away game, played some great rugby, kept discipline when faced with behaviours outside the core values of rugby. Disappointment: we were unable to congratulate oppo on their win as they didn’t attend match tea. #CoreValues

Cracking Day - started @MidhurstRFC coaching a mix of U9s, 11s and 14s then reffing @HaslemereRFC U15s against @BognorRFC U15s in a great physical contest which saw @HaslemereRFC win 31-17. #LoveWhatIDo
