Tomorrow I’ll either be going home or homeless. This was already an important issue for me to help solve without being a victim of circumstances. Its a way of letting us know the homeless are not druggies who deserve being homeless because of bad choices.

ADU’s can be cute and affordable at the same time! This 360sqft. unit with 1BR, 1BA & full kitchen cost $606/mo. in a market that charges $1475/mo. for an apartment this size. It won’t look anywhere near as cute!! #casitatuesday
This is me being frustrated that CA has a 3.5M home shortage and building ADU’s is not considered essential at the same time people are desperately wanting one to protect at risk elderly! ADU’s are the most affordable housing solution on the market 🤷🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️😞
