Thanks for the shout out @RetroHighway. Frying w/ it is A , and it's a great binder, perfect in cast iron & on griddles, to sauté/roast veggies, even bake with (cornbread, biscuits, pie crust, etc). Avail in 17k stores across US. Save your own, but never run out w/ Bacon Up!
