Last day of teaching. A great big ‘thank you’ to all the children, parents, teachers, managers and governing body for making me feel so welcome. The team here are awesome and I’m sure they will fly together. I shall miss you all. @PoppyfieldSch@BadgersYear2
@BadgersYear2 were Tiny Teachers today. They researched facts and wrote a story during their two snow days. Today, they presented their work to the class. Very proud teacher. @PoppyfieldSch
@BadgersYear2 have had lots of fun learning about the human skeleton. We were utterly shocked at how many bones there are. What are they all for? @PoppyfieldSch
First we felt our own skeleton to estimate how many bones we have and then we compared it to the correct answer. National Science Week has started well. @BadgersYear2
@BadgersYear2 were very impressed when this young man turned up with a signed Eric Dier trading card from the Spurs v Wolves match. Well done to the Wolves. @PoppyfieldSch
Of course @BadgersYear2 took the chance to have fun this morning when we saw the snow falling. I was freezing but I couldn’t let them down. Lots of fun, playing and laughing. Priceless. @PoppyfieldSch
@BadgersYear2 had oodles of fun learning about different animal types thanks to NowPressPlay. This experience really brought the subject to life. @PoppyfieldSch
@BadgersYear2 had a fun session learning a play and then performing it for the class. What an amazing experience for them. Their bravery was outstanding. Many thanks to Mrs. Berry who lead the workshop. @PoppyfieldSch
