I think this price is simply too big.
The market is heavily focused on the bigger names, but I'm not convinced any of them are likely to post a huge goal tally. Haaland is the favourite, but Norway have landed in a tough group and I think it will be difficult for him to score more than 3 goals. Realistically, 3-4 goals could be enough to win this market.
Mexico have one of the softest paths in the tournament through to the Round of 16, which gives Jiménez a great opportunity to build an early goal count. He's also Mexico's first-choice penalty taker, a huge advantage in a short tournament where one spot kick can make all the difference.
Many of the other contenders are either wingers or attacking midfielders, which generally means lower goal output. Even players like Havertz aren't the type of pure number nine who consistently rack up goals.
Jiménez is still the focal point of Mexico's attack, takes penalties, has favourable fixtures and comes into the tournament having scored in Mexico's most recent friendly.
At 51.00, I think the price significantly underrates his chances.

Am I the only one who thinks the whole heat narrative is getting a bit overrated?
Or am I completely delusional here?
Most of these players have spent the last 5 to 10 years playing in Europe anyway. It’s not like they’re coming straight from Scandinavia and suddenly being dropped into the desert.

The market has Japan around 1.62 to score Over 3.5 goals in the group stage, which suggests an expectation of roughly 4 goals before the knockouts even begin.
Even if Japan have a strong group stage and score 4 or 5 goals, they would still need another 2 or 3 goals in the knockout rounds to beat this line.
That’s where the problem starts.
I expect Japan to qualify from the group, but doing so likely sets up a Round of 32 clash against one of the tournament heavyweights. Brazil is the most likely opponent if they finish 2nd, while France could be waiting if they finish 3rd.
Under 6.5 goals at 1.61 looks a solid way to fade an early Japanese exit.
