@premierinn we are usually so pleased with the level of service. Trip to Newbury South. Very slow service for evening meal. For breakfast 1hour10mins to get breakfast - crying and hungry children. We complained to more than one member of staff who just said they were busy.

While we understand this, many other people came in after us and were served before us. The order was wrong/dried out. When we explained we shouldn't have to pay for that there was no offer for a refund. We appreciated these are tricky times but we are disappointed by the service
Gutting about Jesy, but good for her for looking after herself. Just remember, that βgagβ or βpiss takeβ you type into your phone on social media about someone can really damage. By all means have an opinion of someone but donβt be a prick. Can really hurt someone.
