We had a big club turnout at the recent Coastal 5k between Carnlough and Glenarm. Massive well done to Gemma McDonald, 1st lady for the 2nd year in a row, with the fast, flat course earning her a well-deserved PB as well. Thanks to Glenlough Running Club for the great event.
