The "AMEP" FEC filing is fake larp
- Elon said "Just "America", no acronyms" and the FEC has a 10 character limit
- Anyone can register a political party. See screenshot.
- He wouldn't name his Tesla CFO as the Treasurer of his political party as this would be a conflict
-From the filing "This committee supports/opposes only one candidate and is NOT an Authorized Committee. Candidate Name: Elon Reeve Musk" I don't see him doing this and naming himself as the candidate as he has not said he wants to run for office
- He likely wouldn't have officially filed yet, and likely not use an email address with his name
