Nigeria failed them. Young bright minds. Even the Generals were not spared. APC - Active and Purposeful Calamity. A weapon fashioned against Nigeria. APC and Tinubu MUST be kicked out of government in 2027. This is a call to patriotic duty. Your lives literally depend on the outcome of 2027 elections.

Teachers and children are in the bush in Oriire, Ogbomoso. Remi Tinubu (RAT) is in full campaign mode, launching β€œTorchbearers”, sharing cars and dancing on stage! The level of her insensitivity is mind blowing! Mothers are anxious about their children in kidnap**rs den. APC needs to be furiously rejected all over the country in 2027! x.com/heritagenewsnet/status…

Why are we behaving as if we lack quality leaders? Watch the Presidential vibe and confidence of @PeterObi Yet we are parading questionable men and women as leaders. They constantly attack PO because they know he stands apart from the corrupt order in Nigeria. PO is a leader that you can guarantee that he will change the order, attack criminality and terrorism, the two towering issues in Nigeria at the moment. PO is a world class and acceptable leader. I will be really proud to have him as my President.

What Our Pervasive Insecurity Requires: A Holistic not Reactive Approach. In a hasty effort to be perceived as attentive and courageous, it is reported that President Bola Tinubu has approved the recruitment of about 1000 forest guards for Oyo State. This is a further demonstration of poor leadership and attending to very serious governance and security issues with a reactive approach. It is the same reactive approach that led to the sudden removal of fuel subsidy and floating of the Naira that has caused irreparable damage to ordinary Nigerians and the economy. While recruiting more security personnel for Oyo state and the country is important, it should be done in a more organised and well-thought-out manner. Presently, almost all the 36 states in Nigeria are experiencing different forms of insecurity, with Oyo, Plateau, Kwara, Kogi, Borno, Katsina, Anambra, Niger, Imo, and Sokoto being very alarming. The question, such as the reactive approach of our President, is whether all the states will receive the same approval to recruit 1000 forest guards per state, that is 37, 000 forest guards for the 36 states and Abuja or is the recruitment approval based on the mood of the President? Moreover, with the approval for Oyo, what will happen to the Amotekun Corps that is trying its best to secure South-West Nigeria?. Will they be disbanded in Oyo state? The pervasive insecurity we currently have is directly related to the failure of our ecosystem, particularly leadership. It is only failure in leadership that can lead to the death of over 10,000 innocent Nigerians since 2023, and Nigeria is ranked among the top-most terror-affected countries in the world. Addressing our insecurity situation requires a holistic or what can be described as an ecosystem approach. With failure in leadership, there is failure in unifying our dear nation, failure in industrialisation, failure in harnessing our abundant resources in agriculture, minerals, tourism, water, sports and even oil and gas to effectively generate required revenue, growth and particularly jobs for our exponentially growing youth population. A New and Productive Nigeria will be POssible, and we will be OK! -P0

Bola Tinubu and Remi Tinubu are a perfect illustration of what it means to marry one’s type. A vicious couple bonded by destructive and greedy proclivities. Zero empathy. All they care about is political power and total state capture. When will this nightmare end in our country?

Prof. Nnenna Otti remains the best INEC Returning Officer in this current Nigerian political era. What a befitting and well deserved honour. Her name is forever written in gold!
It is my pleasure to announce that we have officially commissioned the landmark Nnenna Oti Bus Terminal in Umuahia, and it is now ready for public use. The project is a multimodal transport hub designed to accommodate more than 340 buses at once, powered by sustainable infrastructure and connected to our growing network of electric buses. The facility is named in honour of Prof. Nnenna Nnennaya‑Oti, the courageous INEC Returning Officer in the 2023 governorship election, whose integrity and patriotism remind us that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results by simply standing for the truth. Her name on this terminal is not just about one person, but a tribute to all electoral officials, security operatives, party agents, and citizens who resisted intimidation and defended democracy. With 20 electric buses already in operation and more on the way in the coming weeks, the project signals our bold vision for a modern, safe, and sustainable transport system in Abia. The facility is also supported with independent power and water systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. In my address titled β€œRaising the Bar”, I stated unequivocally that we have moved beyond the era of small ambitions. We refuse to be boxed into margins that underestimate our strength. This principle underpins all our undertakings. I extend special commendation to the contractors, Planet Projects Limited, for a job well done in delivering this landmark facility. I also appreciate the dedication of the Commissioner for Transport, Dr. Chimezie Ukaegbu, the SSA Transport, Dr. Obioma Nwaogbe, and their team for the critical role they played in bringing this vision to reality. I call on all residents and members of the host community to take ownership of this facility, to maintain a clean environment, and to guard against vandalism. This terminal belongs to you, and its success depends on your care. I also urge all Abians to pay their taxes regularly. Development cannot be sustained without collective responsibility, and every naira contributed helps us deliver the future our people deserve.

I REJECT THE CONCOCTED RESULTS OF THE ADC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES Following reports of widespread voter disenfranchisement in most parts of the country during the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Primaries yesterday, I unequivocally reject the concocted results being announced. I had initially stated that I will only accept the outcome of the Primaries if the process was free, fair, and transparent, and I stand by my word. I will not accept results from a process that does not reflect the values that the ADC had pledged to uphold, to rescue Nigerians from the impunity and gross mismanagement that our country is currently facing in the hands of the ruling party. There’s no way that about eighty percent of members of the party were not allowed to vote, and you expect me to accept such results. Then what makes us different from the others? The whole idea of the ADC was to give the Nigerian people a platform, to amplify the voices of the downtrodden, and make Nigeria a better place for everyone irrespective of backgrounds, ethnicity, or religion. A party that criticizes the ruling APC and INEC for vote buying, rigging and writing of results, cannot be engaged in vote buying, writing of results, and other electoral malpractices that leads to the disenfranchisement of voters who are party members. This is not acceptable! - Rt Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi

There is a world of difference between β€œwe have” and β€œwe will”. This β€œmaster strategist” has spent three years prioritizing politics of state capture, while borrowing astronomically and enabling corruption. He is still talking in prospective terms, not on the basis on what he has achieved. He is telling us what he will do. This man has ruined our economy and made nonsense of the country.

When @PeterObi gets elected at the President in 2027, expect a radical transformation at the national level just like that of @alexottiofr in Abia state. Tinubu supporters keep saying, are we expecting a magical transformation after years of degradation? Well he magically sank Nigeria into debt, despair and sorrow of unimaginable proportions in less than 4 years! A prudent, loving and caring leader would do transformative wonders at the national level in less than 4 years like @alexottiofr Enough of the excuses already! #OKmovement

The INEC and EFCC chairmen are masters of empty talk. They brag piously about doing the right things, tough on crime etc. But they look the other way when crimes are happening under their noses. Mr Olukoyede, why is Yayaha Bello still running free. Prof. Amupitan do you not see the blatant vote buying even before election campaign starts? Please spare us your fraudulent rhetorics!

Good riddance. It’s unfortunate, they ruined the rare chance to effect tangible changes in their communities. They chose greed and treachery instead.
Have you all noticed that none of the Labour Party members who defected to APC got returning tickets? From Neda Imasuen to Ngozi Okolie, from Joshua Chinedu Obika to Manuchim Umezuruike, from Donatus Matthew down to Akiba Bassey and many others, they were all kicked out by APC. Do you know why? APC never trusted them enough to leave the fate of the party in their hands. No wise man converts a harlot into a housewife simply because of a one night transactional affair. Most of you thought it was a coincidence, an oversight, or probably that they did not work hard enough to clinch the tickets. No. It was deliberate. APC used it as punishment, and I mean a carefully calculated and well mapped out one. This was the plan all along for those who seized the elitist political structure by surprise in 2023. APC had not come to terms with the reality that fortunate common people could suddenly take what the elitist politicians had always enjoyed until 2023. So, to APC, it became necessary to β€œcorrect” that abnormality, regardless of the fact that these same people later defected into the party. To the political establishment, it was seen as an abomination for just "anybody" to become "somebody" without first passing through the approval of the β€œwho is who” in politics. So what APC did was simply to set a trap. And because greed will always find its way into the hearts of overly ambitious men, many of them walked straight into it. To crown it all, APC now has the backing of the Electoral Act that would not allow you defect for any reason after soiling your hands into party primaries. Hence, they will stay and water the same bad seed they sowed. After the 2027 elections, a lot of people will be permanently retired from politics and may never come close to power again, all because they saw opportunities, but greed took everything away from them. I am Ekene Aninze Esq.

The wages of betrayal. I hope he learns from this.
Labour Party to APC to his Village, the curious case of Hon. Sunday Umeha. After the pressure from Obidients that he’s not needed in NDC, he decided to rerun under APC. He has now been defeated and he’s not returning to Federal House of Reps Udi/Ezeagu Constituency Enugu State.

State visits by Leaders are not tourism, and diplomacy is not a fashion parade. Every foreign trip undertaken by a government must deliver measurable benefits to the people, including investments, technology transfer, trade agreements, factory expansion, industrial partnerships, and job creation. During President Trump’s recent visit to China, the American delegation reportedly included a few top government officials, and many of the biggest figures in global business and technology: Consequently, huge trade deals worth several billion dollars including about 200 Boeing orders were achieved. The list of the entourage included 1. Donald J. Trump – President of the United States 2. Marco Rubio – Secretary of State 3. Pete Hegseth – Secretary of Defence 4. Elon Musk – CEO, Tesla & SpaceX 5. Jensen Huang – CEO, Nvidia 6. Tim Cook – CEO, Apple 7. Larry Fink – CEO, BlackRock 8. Stephen Schwarzman – CEO, Blackstone 9. Kelly Ortberg – CEO, Boeing 10. Brian Sikes – CEO, Cargill 11. Jane Fraser – CEO, Citigroup 12. Larry Culp – CEO, General Electric 13. David Solomon – CEO, Goldman Sachs 14. Sanjay Mehrotra – CEO, Micron Technology 15.Cristiano Amon – CEO, Qualcomm 16. Dina P. McCormick – President of Meta 17. Ryan McInerney – CEO, Visa 18. Michael Miebach – President, Mastercard 19. Jim Anderson – CEO, Coherent 20. Jacob Thaysen – CEO, Illumina That is how serious nations approach diplomacy, by aligning foreign policy with economic expansion, industrial growth, innovation, and national productivity. I hope that lessons can be learned from these recent visits comparing them with the President of Nigeria’s recent state visit to the United Kingdom. A large entourage of politicians, aides, and government officials travelled, yet Nigerians are still asking a simple question: what exactly did Nigeria bring home? Which factories are coming to Nigeria? What power, technology, manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial agreements were secured? How many direct jobs will this visit create for Nigerian youths? What investments were attracted? What measurable economic outcomes can the ordinary Nigerian point to? The delegation reportedly included: 1. President Bola Tinubu 2. Senator (Mrs) Tinubu 3.12 governors 4.9 ministers 5.7 members of the National Assembly 6. Over 20 senior State House staff 7. Over 30 security personnel 8. Over 10 domestic staff 9. Several supporters and associates It is not enough to ride horses, wear matching uniforms, attend royal banquets, and release glossy photographs. Symbolism without substance cannot feed hungry citizens. Today, Nigeria is in decline, battling serious insecurity, food insecurity, unemployment, a weakened naira, declining industrial productivity, and worsening poverty. At a time when millions of Nigerians struggle daily to afford food and survive economic hardship, every kobo spent on foreign trips must produce tangible national value: investments, factories, jobs, exports, infrastructure, and economic opportunities. Nigeria needs leadership that is focused less on optics and more on productivity; less on ceremony and more on measurable economic results. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
