For #WorldOceansDay, we're showcasing a beautiful 1880 tile panel by William De Morgan, featuring a sailing ship on a green sea. He created tiles from small decorative works to large pieces, including commissions for P&O ocean liners. Support our work: bmht.org

Do you ride a bicycle? 🚲 This one once belonged to Barnsley butcher Albert Hirst, who used it to deliver meat across town. He also created the famous ‘Barnsley Chop’, served to HRH the Prince of Wales in 1933. Now part of the @EBMuseum collection!
