Following yesterday’s market crash and Binance’s service failure, I, as many others, suffered significant financial loss.
Earlier today, following the below post, I notified Binance via chat that I intend to file complaints with EU regulators if I am not fully compensated for the damages and distress caused by their inability to provide timely service during such a crucial moment, as this is the primary reason due to which I suffered the losses.
Binance co-founder Yi He promised fair case reviews and compensation, yet when I requested a Final Response Letter via email, this was denied. Instead, I was told to await a reply “via chat”, which clearly contradicts EU MiCA regulations.
By highlighting this issue, I aim to support all users affected by Binance’s service failure and seek an amicable resolution before escalating to regulators.
