Yesterday Lebanon sent Turkish-Egyptian poet Abdul Rahman AlQaradawi to the UAE on an extradition request for tweeting a video of joy for the Syrian people & criticism for repression elsewhere. This was despite overwhelming calls for Lebanon to respect intl law & not extradite.🧵
