As a crypto outsider (right now), I'm having the hardest time justifying and rationalizing on why I should invest back into ALT's.. Speculation alone isn't enough to make me want to go back, there has to be real world utility, of which I found almost null chains.

Referral codes have never worked for me. I'd say I'm a pretty decent typer and know how to translate between retail and management (it's been my job for years). I've never seen anything, maybe 3 cents. People just don't do referral links.
