Andover Central punches their ticket to the 5A State Tournament taking down Goddard-Eisenhower (#16 seed who beat #1 Great Bend on Wednesday). The Jaguars won 61-49 to advance to the 5A state tournament for the first time since 2020. #sportsinkansas

With a big 41-14 win over Buhler last night Andover Central (4A, 11-1) will head back to the 4A state title game. They will face Bishop Miege, a team they’ve seen multiple times before in that state championship game, most recently 2015 when they lost 12-68. The Jaguars are coached by Derek Tuttle and have yet to be tested this post season with their closest win being by 28 points. #sportsinkansas

First Year of Football: Andrew Clouse, a standout soccer player for Andover Central, decided to give football a try this fall. He has not only been a weapon in the kicking game for Andover Central🏈 (10-1) this season but is now one of 4As best kickers. He is 6-of-8 on the year with a long of 43. He is also 51-of-52 on PATs.
