For the final cook 🇦🇪 of a cracking @F1 season, I cooked Persian Lamb. It was a fantastic meal, one of my fave of 2021, but the milk-fed lamb from @BascoFineFoods really blew me away!

Big shout out this week to independent supplier @BascoFineFoods for their Jose Pariente Sauvignon Blanc at £10.22. Beautifully balanced wine in the French rather than NZ style, but with a unique personality. Highly recommended. #WineWednesday
