A stretch and run rutine is the best way to reduce stiffness and soreness
Olympic lifts are the best because they use many different muscles
S/O to all the guys who started yesterday. Remember to keep your grades up they are impotant too!
The power zone when hitting is inbetween your legs
Longtoss at distance of 120 ft or more is the fastest way to strengthen your arm
pitchers: contrary to belief long distance is not the answer, it dulls fast twitch fibers... try doing a sprint series for cardio instead
third basemen: while fielding a grounder focus on securing the ball, the ball gets there fast and you will have plenty of time to maketheout
first basemen while holding on a runner cause a distraction, shuffling your feet, hitting your glove, its harder for the runner to focus
the best way to humble a cocky opponent is to beat them, not participate in verbal wars
in the cages work on situations, line drives, and directional hitting to better yourself for gametime
after throwing a brush back pitch follow it up with a curve on the outside corner.
for every inch your head tilts to either side while pitching = 2 inches in tilt on your release point
conditioning: legs abbs, and back are the most important muscle for baseball.. biceps are not used in anyway during any activity in baseball

the standard sweet spot on a wood bat is 3 inches
where the grain is closest together is the hardest spot on the bat. try and hit the ball there
shoulder hip separation creates a whip like action and increases velocity
1/8 inch in between the grain on a wood bat means it is pro quality
ash provides the most flex but hickory is the hardest wood
put pine tar on the handle of your wood bats, it seals the grain and keeps moister out
