From today, 1.2 million workers will get access to sick pay for the first time. 8.4 million from the 1st day of illness instead of waiting till day 4. Workers will be entitled to parental leave from day 1 & will receive legal protection to report sexual harassment at work. #ERA
This comes after years of campaigning from workers and trade unions.
