Harbaugh gave interviews about being a Trump Guy about 30 seconds after taking a job in North Jersey aka Waluigi Wakanda.
The locker room is a sacred place because it brings together everyone from all walks of life and beliefs for one common goal. Calling a teammate out publicly for his political views and to get attention is nasty work.

I’d make a slight modification to this—it isn’t “needless”, it is “a claw back of benefits for its own sake”, that everything management can strip away is something that can be put back on the table as leverage at a future date, used to discipline unruly employees, etc.
Replying to @uwotc_official
The RTO push is a needless effort from out of touch executives that would force people to uproot their lives and put undo harm on our coworkers and friends.

I think this is worth remembering because a lot of the conversation is going to be speculation on how “necessary” MTGA RTO is, but that’s at best a small factor about what’s really underpinning the kind of hostility WotC is presenting to the union.

From the Fisher Phillips website:
Since the announcement of our union, Wizards of the Coast has hired Fisher Phillips (a union avoidance firm), and chosen to engage in a daily union-avoidance campaign by sending emails to the Arena team that is spreading misinformation and sowing fear among our colleagues.

Game design shops are very hard to organize for a variety of reasons (rank-and-file skew younger with little history of union membership previously, “dream job” mystification, etc.); good luck to those fighting for better treatment.
Hello World, we’d like to introduce ourselves. We the workers of the Magic: The Gathering Arena team have come together to unionize as United Wizards of the Coast - CWA! 🧵 unitedwizardsofthecoast.com/…

Brunson playing nearly perfect basketball for the first 7/8ths of the game and then turning feral is a really good bit.

Saying my goodbyes to Riot today—can’t say enough positive things about the project, place, and people. Too many to tag, but you know who you are. That said, I’m starting on a new project Monday. Can’t say much about it yet other than I’m excited to hit the ground running.

There are a lot of reasons to not start a war, one of which is that losing sucks.
It appears Trump just agreed to give Iran control of the Strait of Hormuz, a history-changing win for Iran. The level of incompetence is both stunning and heartbreaking. What on earth is happening?

A cadre of sundowning pedophiles are blowing up schools and hospitals, and the most charitable explanation for this is so these same sundowning pedophiles can rug energy futures.
How did we get to the point Where so many Americans are rooting against America?

At the risk of whatever, the whole "charm" of Cardboard Crack is that the dumbest person you know can be confident they understood what the joke was supposed to be. I would caution against trying to divine some sacred truths from it; I would caution against reacting at all.

After playing some leagues with this an idea pierced my mind like a diamond bullet. I’ll be in the streets later today.
Almost trophied with Burn on stream! Had many Hasty Chandra's Incinerators in this league and it was 🔥🔥🔥. I'll be off Twitch for two weeks (traveling to 🇨🇳 🇯🇵), but the Youtube veedeos will keep on coming daily, and this one will be one of them! Stay tuned! 👋 #MTGModern

I’m not a Democrat, but if I was I would recall how Bibi dog walked and generally humiliated Biden during his last year in office in spite of him giving Israel everything they asked for and maybe consider how functional this political coalition was or ever could be.
American Jews have been the most loyal Democratic voting group, based upon religion and ethnic criteria, in the modern era. Not to mention our contributions to Democratic aligned organizations, elected official counts, fundraisers and thought leadership. The party must not exile American Jews because of our support for Israel (in all of its complexities) if it still wants to be considered a legitimate political party.

Israel has decided they are better off with Republicans in power, in large part because their average voter is going to care way less about genocides and invasions of Arab lands and people than the average Dem voter. No matter how nice Dems play you can’t change this reality.
