On a bite sized Sunday #scifihour I have seen rumours that The Matrix 5 may be starting to progress. Not just talk but actual script development etc… for me, huge, huge news as the original remains my favourite action / sci-fi movie

Just checking on the latest news on the Neuromancer adaptation, nothing new. Rumour has it a release in late 2026 is possible, I hope so, maybe near Xmas so I can book holiday & binge it #scifihour

Silo season 3 should be out soon, I watched the trailer … gah… I’m not a fan of the whole amnesia plot, been done to death. Always feels like a padding plot device to me, but I lurved the books & the show so far so I’ll trust them to make it interesting #scifihour

Don’t think I watched much Sci-fi right now, I did watch a movie called Signal One … it was fine, but first contact / message from the stars movies have been done way better. Good cast though #scifihour

Pretty calm #scifihour this week, finished Dungeon Crawler Carl, very funny, will go back to the series but fancied something a bit more serious. So started Gridlinked by Neal Asher, very good so far, far future, f’d up villains, damaged Agent protagonist & mysterious… dragons?!

I saw some news that they are adapting Stephen Kings Dark Tower books into a TV series. I really liked the books but the movie … nah, shame as I thought cast was ok #scifihour
