I’m putting this comparison photo for all those struggling with wanting change especially when it comes to their health as a message of hope & inspiration. There’s no filter in either photo. There is a difference between “motivation” & “DISCIPLINE”. Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is putting in the work inside & outside the gym CONSISTENTLY even on days when it’s hard & you don’t want to but do it anyway. This transformation took me just under 2 years to attain. Show yourself grace & understand it’s not an overnight or 2 week process. I wish it was. The point of this post if I can do it SO CAN YOU!! It’s a mindset & a vision.
