Showed flashes of a high-upside prospect with intriguing long-term potential. The 6’8” freshman displayed versatility on both ends, capable of playing on or off the ball while showing comfort handling in space. Ganaway also demonstrated the ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc, whether in transition or in catch and shoot situations.
With his size, mobility and perimeter skill set, the tools are clearly there. As he continues to develop physically and add strength, particularly finishing through contact and establishing himself around the rim, his overall impact and consistency should continue to rise. He has high major writing all over him!
