A case was opened into animal neglect at a home on Junipero Ave on PCB. A search warrant was served on 12/3/25. A strong odor of animal waste made entry difficult into the home. Arrested was Brooklyn Patterson, animal owner, on 3X Agg Animal Cruelty and 2X Animal Cruelty.

Jr. Deputies and Explorers are working on Operation ThankFULL! The food needed to go in blue bags to hand out, so the kids got to work. SRDs will be bringing bags to schools today to be given to families. Hard work makes the dream work: 500 families helped for Thanksgiving 2025

Retired BCSO Capt. Johnny Sammons served 20 years at the BCSO and was a friendly face in Field Services before his retirement. He lived a life of service in the military and as a first responder. He will be sorely missed by friends and family. Rest in peace, Capt. Sammons.
