Zusätzlich zum 26-Mann-Kader könnte man doch vier weitere Trainingsspieler mitnehmen. Dann wäre man bei Verletzungen oder Ausfällen direkt vorbereitet und hätte Spieler, die bereits eingespielt, integriert und matchfit sind. Nagelsmann hat das übrigens bereits vor der EM 2024 mit Brajan Gruda und Rocco Reitz gemacht und zuletzt mit Jonas Urbig, der außerhalb des offiziellen Kaders mit dem Team trainiert hat – als Absicherung, falls Neuers Verletzung schlimmer werden sollte. Wenn ich an Nagelsmanns Stelle wäre, würde ich Spieler wie Said El Mala, Tom Bischof, Assan Ouédraogo sowie Nicolo Tresoldi oder Dzenan Pejcinovic als Trainingsspieler mitnehmen. Sie könnten zunächst ihre Fitness und taktische Abstimmung aufbauen. Sollte dann jemand wie Pascal Groß, Lennart Karl, Maxi Beier, Nick Woltemade oder Nadiem Amiri ausfallen, hätten wir sofort einsatzbereite, spielstarke Ersatzleute parat. We documented the bookmaker qualification odds at various bookmakers on Friday afternoon. Not a single bookmaker had Bayern as favourites. We carried out the same exercise on Saturday at 20:15 CEST, after both Bayern and PSG had finished playing their respective domestic league matches. This time, 8 out of 23 bookmakers had Bayern down as favourites to qualify. We just carried out the exercise again now, and instead of 8 out of 23 bookmakers favouring Bayern we found just 1 now. Wondering what has changed since Saturday evening, other than the match officials being named and raising an eyebrow or two. #FCBPSG

Great analysis by former FIFA referee @graefe_manuel on the Davies handball penalty during #PSGFCB. In short: 1) Davies arm movement is natural and starts before, not after the cross. Furthermore, the ball hits the body and then the hand. 2) The biggest error here is that situation does not meet the requirements to be called a "clear and obvious error", hence VAR had no right to intervene.
