Do you have to rely on one person to do all the marketing, production, booking, social media, tour planning, and merch? If so, you might be slowed down by a bottleneck!
Remember that time you had 80 awesome photos from that show and you slapped them all in one post? Try mixing these with other content over a longer period of time! This is a great way to keep fans engaged and keep you top of mind far into the future.

Sometimes this is just a conversation you have to have. It's alright to have differing goals, but it's good practice to figure these things out for all members!
Being an artist and running your own business allows you the freedom to work your life around it. Having your artist goals and life goals working together helps you build towards the life you'd like to live!
Motivation is a tricky thing. One moment you may bust out a week's worth of work, the next you may not feel like doing anything. Having a long term goal allows you to keep looking forward and not get as down on yourself for not being productive or failing. That's all part of it!
