Coinbase says its crypto-backed mortgages will carry rates around 0.5% to 1.5% higher than a standard 30-year, depending on borrower profile.
Loans feature no margin calls or collateral top-ups.
BTC price drops do not change loan terms or trigger liquidation.
Collateral is only at risk after 60 days of missed payments, aligning with traditional mortgage standards.

Post-IPO liquidity from AI is not going back into the S&P 500, it’s coming to bitcoin:native. The index is already 40-50% AI. Anyone coming out of it needs to diversify.
200B from mega AI IPOs. Post-lockup hundreds of billions more. All searching for real diversification.

Call me crazy, but I believe the next plausible income stream for $MSTR could come from providing BTC liquidity to the lighting network for the fees. Why aren't other BTC dats looking into this as income ... or are they?

There's about 22-24 billion in shorts on Bitcoin. Wouldn't it be ironic if most of those shorts got liquiditated to fund the 3 big upcoming IPOs. All it takes is a spark.

Easiest trade out there if you dont think Bitcoin is going to zero. Id rather trade the volatility in equities with derivatives and stack profits in the most undervalued asset (Bitcoin) via spot. Ai will transform the markets but the retail fomo in Ai equities WILL get siphoned off via pump n dumps or derivative profit capture and redistributed to hard assets.

Ai stock valuations are a game of musical chairs now. Could definitely go higher but everyone agrees there will be a correction. Question is how big and when.

I've played this whole AI trade via options, and its been very lucrative. There are very few stocks I want to own at this point ... very few. Making capital whether the days red or green and save in Bitcoin, is my current play.
