Best outcome? Trump is using this deal to appease voters for now to mitigate midterm losses, and he comes back in December for round two, where he reneges until a stronger deal is secured.
Worst? A softball MOU turns into a JPCOA 2.0 with more money for Iran and stays that way.

One of the craziest things about this is leaving the Iranian regime intact is what preserves the importance of Israel in our foreign affairs. Had we cut down the last big destabilizing force in the ME, Israel would be no more critical to our foreign affairs than New Zealand.

Obviously the reason the Iran deal is happening on such weak terms is the admin rushed the MOU to get prices down to help for midterms.
That doesn’t make the MOU any more palatable though. It’s a garbage deal that increases the risk of a nuclear Iran.

What’s most annoying about Iran is that the bombing was effective, and the blockade was effective. Why not just continue both, while liquidating frozen Iranian assets to fund the effort?
That’s a far better outcome than settling for bad to okay deal.

Then the Panthers missed the playoffs so they are just taking it out on everyone else.
