Everytime I open my mouth someone else starts talking….how the hell do I solve this?

I work so much, it’s starting to scare me a little bit how much I’m afraid of β€œdown-time”. All this mental anxiety is easier to deal with when I’m working and have a task at hand. It’s not a good balance and I really need to work on a change.
