OB-GYN care in Eenhana today.
As we enter the final stretch of our SRHR outreach campaign, which has already reached 350 people across the Ohangwena Region, weโre bringing specialized OB-GYN services to Eenhana District Hospital in partnership with @MhssNamibia & @ObPractice .
Advancing the Sustainable Development Goals starts with healthy communities.
Through partnerships & community outreach, One Economy Foundation works to expand access to essential services, improve health outcomes, & create opportunities for people to thrive across Namibia.
Weโre excited to provide 80 clients with free, comprehensive OB-GYN care at Eenhana District Hospital.
From screenings & ultrasounds to reproductive health education & specialist consultations, this outreach is bringing essential healthcare closer to the community.

๐ฅโถ๏ธ For Nakalemo Indileni of Ondungulu, accessing reproductive healthcare means spending N$50 on transport for a round trip to the nearest health facility.
Through this outreach, she was able to receive the care she needed in her own community.
โ Nakalemo also shared her concerns about the high rates of teenage pregnancy at a nearby school, particularly after school holidays, highlighting the continued need for accessible sexual and reproductive health information and services in communities.
As our outreach continues across the Ohangwena Region, we are proud to have provided health education and services to more than 300 people, ensuring that essential healthcare reaches those who need it most.
We kicked off our 4th regional week-long outreach in the Ohangwena Region yesterday in collaboration with @MhssNamibia!
We visited Eenhana's NUST & VTC campuses & served 100 clients right where they are! ๐ฉบ
