We contributed to consultations and were really feeling positive that something would change. 😔Just this week we had to involve law enforcement twice in cases of neglect. We need action @GovNL @FFA_GovNL 🙏

Hey @FFA_GovNL, wondering if we can get an update on amending the Animal Health and Protection Act? The consultations were 1.5 years ago. The WWH doc is a year old. Would love to see some action on this during the fall or spring sitting of the House of Assembly. @PremierofNL

Why R they the breed of choice for testing? The answer is simple yet heartbreaking. The same reason that Beagles make loving and loyal companions, including their docile demeanor, small size & “forgiving” nature, is why more than 65,000 R suffering in laboratories across the U.S
