I don’t even think “riot” is the right word. yeah there’s a lot of chaos but the basic shape is selecting targets for attack - in people and buildings - based on race, with the aim of driving a minority out. that’s a pogrom

Just eaten this at Bash Café off Sandy Row. Best falafel in Belfast (which is admittedly a bit faint praise). I'd forgotten how good it can be. So, so fresh. I've got tears in my eyes. Beautiful. Beeeeaaauuuuutiful.
