A fond memory from Sesame Street--I think about this skit whenever I hear the words "stick of butter".

I made this document b/c I know my friends loved ones in the repro movement don't have the capacity to answer all questions, or tell folks where to go what to do. I made this so you can turn your anger into action. We all can do something, here's how: docs.google.com/document/d/1…

Learning brainstem #neuroanatomy would be nearly impossible without the rule of 4s. I'm going to pass this along for anyone trying to learn #neurology, as this might be the single most powerful mnemonic I know of. I present to you, The Rule of 4s: a #MedEd #tweetorial (1/10)

I feel validated in my email (non)organization strategy:

Sorting email into folders is a huge waste of time. The data: it takes an average of 67 hours a year, and actually makes it harder for you to find stuff. It's more efficient to just file all your messages in a single folder for saved mail. drive.google.com/file/d/1LSi…
This whole thread:
1/ #HumanismAlways, Day 4 Patient “Wait—let me take off my shoes and jacket before you weigh me.” The nurse shrugged. But the thing is—I know my weight is up. And I don’t need nothing to make it worse. . Me: “What is it? I can’t look.” Her: “231.6 today.” Shit.

Great thread on maximizing mentor-mentee relationships from the awesome @gradydoctor
1/ Mentoring Meeting, circa 2002 Her: “So tell me about your interests.” Me: “Umm. I like teaching. I like patient care. Ummm. . . “ Her: “Have you thought about particular aspects that you like?” *silence* Her: “Tell me this. . . Where do you see yourself in, say, 5 years?”
