While i dont think this is some "end of tds" thing by a long shot (knowing how businesses work and that this is only like a tenth of the workforce). HOWEVER what this does mean is that we will see tds go in a different direction as OutOfbears was the lead developer and was likely the one doing majority of the descision-making in terms of what was going to be implemented into tds. This could also mean that we won't get a lot of the stuff that is currently on the road map including possibly the "story mode" and the Community gamemodes. If below gets a new lead theres a good possibilty we may see tds head in a different direction then it is heading now (OutOfBear's main goal was to make the game self sustaining and more replayable). Maybe the new lead dev wants to focus on difficulty, or maybe they want to head in the same direction as bear. They could even try to turn the game into a pay to win gacha game. Bear getting fired will likely be a major impact on tds's direction, be it for better or worse.
