5. Eat real food. Your mind can't run on sugar and sadness.
6. Keep your space clean, Chaos on the outside fuels chaos inside.
7. Speak your pain to one person you trust. Silence is where depression grows teeth.
8. Move every day, Walk, run, crawl if you must. Stagnant men rot.
9. Build a mission even a small one, Depression hates men with direction.
