It’s not Earth Week without tree planting! @MassGovernor and I had a great time planting trees with the Malden Girl Scouts and YWCA Malden. We’ve planted over 35,000 trees through @MassDCR’s Greening the Gateway Cities program, cooling neighborhoods and improving air quality.
Coming back to Twitter (temporarily) to complain that @Delta waylaid my suitcase and then DELIVERED IT TO SOMEBODY ELSE'S HOUSE. No, Delta, I can't check my status online. Just let me talk to an agent and send somebody back to get it.
They said they would send someone back to get it, but it could take up to 8 hours. So, my husband is probably going to drive over there and get it. Customer service fail.
I do feel like if you leave someone's suitcase on a random porch in a different city, perhaps you should put a little more effort in than "unprecedented demand... please wait 8 hours."
#AVTweeps, here are several women who would be great speakers for industry events. I need help tagging the women in the pics, and I'd love it if you add your names to the list if you're interested in speaking/ presenting/ being a panelist anywhere.
I’m really glad that @nationalgridus is fixing a gas leak in front of our house, but this is the second time they’ve shown up with no notice, asked us to move our car from the street in front of our house, and then blocked in our driveway.
I have a box labeled SOMEWHERE SAFE. It lives in the front hall closet. It’s been through 4 moves with me and has saved my butt so many times. I think this was the smartest thing I’ve ever done.
