For the past few weeks Google Maps has been increasingly unreliable stopping me updating anything. To that end I've been quickly learning Open Street Map and I am now happy to share the link : u.osmfr.org/m/1334010/ The Google map will remain but will not be updated.

Good morning! A few Android users experienced issues when trying to install the new version of the app which resulted in a blank pubs database. The cause was identified yesterday by the developer and should now be resolved.

I headed back for another try at @TheWansteadtap but given what I heard earlier I'm not surprised they are still closed. I just hope that they can get through this. They have my very best wishes.

Stop 9 is one that a few people suggested today, The European, a sister pub to The Holly Tree. 15 taps and three handpumps. Decent range, but maybe not quite so good as The Holly Tree.

A short walk to what should have been stop 8, but Queer Brewing Tap Room is very closed right now. Not sure if it's just temporary or not.

2 hours after closing my front door I get to stop 1 for today, The Holly Tree in Wanstead. Imposing corner pub with 20 taps and 5 handpumps offering a really good selection. Separate areas for families and adults only.
