So floradinns are actually flowers and not like a card or a seed bag or something, that's interesting. Also I never really thought about how Jockington's beard would look, but I didn't expect it to be brown and almost fully cover his face

Just a thought, but I wonder if the Roaring being so cold is meant to be a reference to how there was essentially a multiple year long dark winter around the year 536 because of aerosols being blasted into the atmosphere by a volcano and blocking out the sun.

very physical impression, it's a resource to be recycled, just like how elements of stories keep getting scrambled over and over again, even if they are technically all the same building blocks.

Before chapter 5 comes out, I will say my first big memory from starting chapters 3&4 back when they came out was thinking "I can't believe Toby Fox sent 2 hypersonic missiles directly to my house." I really hope the next chapter can live up to that feeling as well.

Can't wait to eventually meet the Floradinn ranger equivalent, I'm sure they will be just as laid back as the Floradinns and totally not contrast even further with each other compared to the original rudinns and rudinn rangers

I can't really see a world where Asriel isn't in chapter 5 because like when else could he possibly even show up? The next chapter is the Roaring guaranteed, how and why would Asriel arrive when hometown is literally subsumed by shadow?

Floradinns, huh... what is this one doing? Is it pulling a lever? Why does it have a hat, is it a conductor? What is it conducting? Will there be a gondola system between the two levels in the dark world? So many questions, and so few answers from those simple eyes

So it IS narrowing down the amount of people, calling them "entrants" is interesting, literally competition terminology. the wording of "entrants" sounds like not everybody will make it through this check either. "Next correspondence" also suggest that this will not be the last.
